SymLink has been selected to develop host-base loyalty solution to customers by integration of AS320 credit card terminal at famous department stores in Taiwan.
The loyalty project is a multi-merchant customer reward and loyalty scheme, offering cardholders the unique ability to redeem their rewards at the participating retails.
The cardholders can award electronic equivalent of incentives like coupons, loyalty points, vouchers and gift certificates, making the department store that issues the card, more competitive by adding value to the card and getting customers to use their card more often.
The cardholders can earn and redeem their points rewards in any participating store, not just the store where they received their card. | |
